The supervisor:
- Is able to sign in or sign out agents’ status
- Is able to remove agents in order to intercept calls
- Coaches and records calls for further training
- Verifies the agents’ performance, team statistics and call status
- Is able to interfere calls, create conferences and interact simultaneously with agent and client
- Can simultaneously examine performance metrics, use webchat, monitor and record calls, send messages to the team
